Letters of objection

Chan Holdings have applied to Wexford County Council for a change of use on a property that they own at Strand Road Rosslare. The property, which at present comprises a convenience store, take-away and private dwelling was originally called "Marion's". The application seeks permission for change of use of the dwelling and take-away to a licensed gaming and amusement arcade. At a very well attended public meeting on the 17^th of September the unanimous decision to request the Rosslare Development Association to lodge an objection was made. I t was also decided that the RDA would act as a funnel for the distribution of Template letters of objection for business, holiday and permanent residence who wished to object in their own right.
